Our Team

Experience might be the word you’d associate most with our team. But it’s not the years that matter. It’s the expertise we have built from the insights of helping so many people. From business owners to the heads of large families, from individuals dealing with a new inheritance to those facing an unexpected life event, we have worked with each person to understand their situation and help them take the first steps in the right direction towards their goals. Our own personal histories define us as much as our personal values drive us. We commit to the success of our clients.

Managing Partner

For more than 40 years, I have enjoyed helping highly successful professionals, business owners and their families solve their financial challenges and achieve their long-term goals. I work closely with my clients to help simplify their lives. I want them to enjoy their wealth and, at the same time, build the kind of legacy they’ve always envisioned.

I’m a lifelong Ohioan. Upon earning my B.A. from The College of Wooster, I began my career with Aetna as an Employee Benefits Representative, followed by a position as a managing consultant with Wm. Mercer. After about 10 years, I decided to open my own wealth advisory practice. I did this to have a more direct impact on the quality of my clients’ lives as opposed to working only in the institutional space. I ran Noble Wealth Management, Inc. for over two decades, thrilled to be helping so many people with a full range of planning issues. In 2011, I brought my firm into Morgan Stanley, where I was joined the following year by my son Mike.

Together, Mike and I have set out to launch Noble Wealth Partners as an independent firm to again fulfill my desire to do more for my clients. We are committed to apply our experience and skills to help people maximize the value of their wealth – financially, but also from its positive impact on their lives.

Throughout my life, I’ve also tried to help people outside of my career. In the past, I’ve served on the boards of the YMCA Storer Camps and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. I am also a past Chairman of the Medical College of Ohio Foundation. And I was honored to serve two terms on the Village of Ottawa Hills Council.

In my free time, I enjoy a good round of golf, travel when I can, and read all the time, usually about current events. My wife and I have lived in Toledo for 35 years and love spending time with our three children, granddaughter and grandson.

I’m proud to have the opportunity to have launched Noble Wealth Partners with my father Phil, having learned firsthand from him about the positive power of financial planning. From an early age, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps, helping people achieve their financial goals. So I attended the University of South Carolina, where I studied financial services and economics, and earned my B.S. in Finance. When I graduated, I joined Prudential Financial as a Regional Advisor Consultant. Four years later in 2012, I joined my father’s practice, The Noble Group, at Morgan Stanley, where my focus was on improving our clients’ financial health.

In 2015, I earned the designation Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), which has enabled me to apply a disciplined, goals-based approach to building financial plans, customized to meet each client’s set of needs, expectations, and aspirations. Helping people make well-informed decisions, while navigating challenging markets and other external factors is very rewarding. But I also focus on their internal story, whether that’s someone planning for retirement, a business owner thinking about selling, or just anyone frustrated by the complexity of making financial decisions. Being able to guide people in these situations in a truly objective way led to my desire to launch an independent firm with my father. We’re committed to always doing the most, and our best, for our clients.

I’m also committed to giving back, so I’ve volunteered with several organizations with important missions. I’m especially proud of the work done by the Rotary Club of Toledo, where I served two terms as Chair of the International Service Committee, and remain an active member, as the Club works to drive positive change around the world.  I’ve also worked with Taste of the Nation, an organization dedicated to eradicating childhood hunger, as well as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

When I’m not working or volunteering, I enjoy hiking and camping, connecting and socializing with people near and far, and enjoying plant-based goodness throughout my lifestyle.

Client Relationship Manager

Jaclyn Cardenas

Registered Client Service Associate

Over the years, I have worked in many different industries. In college, I attended a liberal arts university and received a well-rounded education, where I was encouraged to explore many different career opportunities. I did an internship with First Trust Portfolios, where I learned to put together large scale corporate due-diligence conferences for financial advisors. Later, I did another internship with the Foundations office of ProMedica right here in Toledo where I was tasked with putting together fundraisers to help build up Downtown Toledo. One of my passions is helping to make Toledo thrive! I believe our city has a great deal of potential, and I couldn’t be more excited about contributing to rebuilding this city by putting our brand new office in the heart of Downtown.

More recently, I have been working in the Health and Wellness Industry, which is my deepest passion. In my time in the industry, I was able to embark on a journey of self-discovery that has molded me into the person I am today. As an individual, I am very warm, kind, open, and easy to talk to. I love to make meaningful connections with people, which makes me relatable and approachable. I am the person you can call when you have questions or need anything at all. I am committed to our clients and making them feel cared for and supported.

In my free time, I love doing yoga, dancing, hiking, surfing, or hanging out with my shadow, AKA Luna Lovegood, my King Charles Cavalier. I also love to cook - and you can find me almost always cooking a healthy and delicious plant-based meal.

I graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2018, I started my career in financial services. The first order of business was to obtain my Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and then I began to focus on meeting the needs of our clients.  I centered my attention on making sure our clients had the most efficient and safest ways to accomplish their goals, utilizing electronic documents and other electronic services. Now, as I eagerly move forward with Noble Wealth Partners on our new journey, I will continue to strive to make our client experience the best possible, keeping each individual client's needs in mind.

When away from my work team, I like to spend quality time with family and lifelong friends whom I love dearly. A specific passion in my life has always been Non-Profits that focus on enriching the lives of children. I have volunteered for several years in this important community. I spend most of my time playing with my two sons. We like to explore new things in Toledo and the surrounding area. We also have two spoiled dogs and when I do have time to myself, I spend it reading biographies and memoirs, bike riding, and oil painting.
